​Refund & Cancellation Policy

HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy (including our app and desktop web version under HACKXCEL Academy), we are committed to providing high-quality, job-oriented educational content and mentorship. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing payments, cancellations, and refund eligibility to maintain transparency and fairness.

By using our services or making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.


1. ​No Refund Policy (Paid Programs & Courses)

All payments made towards any course, mentorship program, certification training, or bundled offer are non-refundable, under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • ​Change of mind after purchase

  • Inability to complete the course​​

  • Non-utilization of course materials​​

  • Device or technical limitations​​

  • Personal or professional reasons​​

Once a payment is processed, no refunds will be issued. This strict policy helps us maintain pricing integrity and fairness for all users.


2. ​ Installment Payments & Access Conditions

For users opting for installment-based payments, the following applies:

  • ​You are legally and financially obligated to complete all installments as agreed at the time of enrollment.

  • A 2-day grace period is granted after the installment due date.​​

  • If payment is not received even after the grace period, your access will be automatically revoked without refund or proration.​​

  • Failure to complete payment does not entitle you to partial access, certification, or refund.​​

We reserve the right to blacklist accounts or prevent re-enrollment in case of payment breaches.


3. ​Free Services (Webinars, Bootcamps, Events)

Our free services, including but not limited to bootcamps, webinars, community sessions, and introductory courses:

  • ​Are provided on a no-obligation, no-refund basis

  • May be rescheduled, paused, or discontinued without prior notice

  • ​Do not qualify for monetary compensation, even if disrupted or unavailable

Participation in free services does not guarantee access to paid course materials or support.


4. ​Exceptions (At Sole Discretion of Company)

While we maintain a no-refund policy, we may consider exceptions only in rare and verifiable cases, including:

  • Duplicate transactions (same user, same course, same mode of payment)

  • Unauthorized payments (with proof and within 48 hours of transaction)​​

  • Medical emergencies or force majeure, supported by documented evidence​​

Any refund under this clause:

  • ​Must be requested within 3 calendar days

  • Will be reviewed case-by-case by our finance and compliance team

  • ​Will be subject to administrative deductions (bank/payment gateway charges)

The company’s decision will be final and binding.


5. ​Chargeback & Dispute Policy

We strongly encourage users to reach out to our support team in case of any payment issues before contacting their bank or initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized, fraudulent, or unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account

  • Permanent access revocation to all courses/services

  • Legal action under applicable laws for misuse of financial systems

We work closely with Razorpay to resolve any billing disputes transparently.


6. ​Cancellations by Users

You may stop using our services at any time, but:

  • No refunds will be issued for partial usage or early discontinuation

  • Installment dues (if any) will still be applicable​​

  • We are not liable for any user-initiated cancellation consequences​​

Course progress, access, and certificates will be frozen or voided if payments are incomplete.


7. ​Cancellations or Termination by Company

We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify a course or user access in the following scenarios:

  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy

  • Inappropriate behavior on our platform or community​​

  • Illegal or unethical activity (including pirating or sharing course content)​​

  • Business or operational reasons​​

In such cases:

  • ​No refund shall be processed unless required by law

  • Access may be restricted without prior notice​​


8. ​Payment Gateway & Charges

  • ​All payments are processed securely via Razorpay

  • We do not store your payment information on our servers

  • ​Any payment failure or deduction must be reported immediately to our support team

  • ​Refunds (if any) will be processed only to the original payment method, subject to gateway timelines

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party payment gateways.


9. ​Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Users are advised to check this page periodically for updates.


10. ​Abuse of Refund Requests

Any attempt to manipulate, misuse, or take undue advantage of our refund, cancellation, or exception process — including repeated claims without merit — may lead to:

  • ​Immediate revocation of all platform access

  • Blacklisting from all future enrollments​​

  • Legal action, if necessary​​

We reserve the right to flag or report suspicious refund behavior.


11. ​Unauthorized Access or Use

Refunds or cancellations will not be granted in the event of:

  • ​Account compromise due to user negligence (e.g., shared passwords)

  • Use of our services by unauthorized third parties using your login​​

  • Device or network issues not caused by our platform​​

Users are fully responsible for protecting their login credentials and device security.


12. ​Jurisdiction

​All refund-related matters are governed by the laws of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, India.

By using our platform, you agree that any dispute or claim shall be exclusively settled in the courts of Jammu & Kashmir, regardless of your location.


13. ​Notification of Refund Decisions

All refund requests, including exception cases, will be responded to within 7 business days and a final decision will be sent to the registered email address of the user.

Decisions taken by the HACKXCEL Training & Consultancy Refund Compliance Team are final, non-negotiable, and binding.
